Changed Your Mind?

We understand — sometimes things don’t work out. You may return your order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • All original packaging is intact
  • The product is still in resalable condition

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aurexza will take full responsibility.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund

Hygiene & Pet Care Items

For the safety of all pets and their owners, grooming and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.

  • This includes grooming gloves and pet care tools
  • Sealed items remain eligible within 7 days

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier
  • Aurexza is not responsible for lost returns
