Changed Your Mind?
We understand — sometimes things don’t work out. You may return your order within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unopened
- All original packaging is intact
- The product is still in resalable condition
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aurexza will take full responsibility.
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
- Choose between a replacement or full refund
Hygiene & Pet Care Items
For the safety of all pets and their owners, grooming and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.
- This includes grooming gloves and pet care tools
- Sealed items remain eligible within 7 days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.
- We recommend using a tracked courier
- Aurexza is not responsible for lost returns
