Approval:
Our customer support team will confirm whether your return is accepted. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. -
Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order is damaged or defective:
